    Big changes coming over the next month by the sounds.

    It's worrying.

    If Cryne goes I think we have years of things getting worse before they get better.

    We will struggle even more if someone suitable doesn't take his place we have a squad with a load of borrowed players a **** manager and players who don't want to know. I find it strange though was only two days ago i heard James cryne was involved again. Hope he sorts this mess out before he gos.

    Well IMHO it wouldn't be a disaster for the club.
    Cryne has shown he isn't prepared to invest any more in to the club and what he has invested is in the form of loans if the media comments are to be believed.

    It's an overreaction.

    He needs to rectify two immediate mistakes

    The head coach

    The recruitment strategy

    Then see where we are

    If he offered paid places on the board to open it up to others there would be a couple of takers. Share the load a little
