    Spoke to him earlier. Money isn't an issue. He said he will sign a contract which pay hardly nothing, just wants to play for the club. I would say hes ok money wise due to his Coffee Shop income hehe.

    I will let guys any news he tells me.

    If he's a good player, better than what we've got, and he's fit enough, we should sign him and pay him accordingly. I don't want us to take advantage of a person's good nature if they've got something to offer. But surely you understand why so many of us are sceptical about this whole thing? And how fit Hugo says he is and how good he claims he still is really isn't the issue here. I might think I'm great at all sorts of ****, but it doesn't mean I am.

    If he isn't fit enough then it's a waste of Hugo and the clubs time. Adam Hammill was struggling with cramp after 45 mins the other night and presumably the club thought he was fit enough to start. Hugo would need a preseason period to get into shape.
    I don't think it's going to happen unfortunately, but we'll see.

    Where is the coffee shop?

    I like Hugo and his attitude, so I hope he gets a contract. If he's staying to train despite Johnson saying he wasn't fit enough, then he must like what he sees, otherwise he'd have said "thanks but no thanks". Scowen's (12 week) knee injury can do his chances no harm either. He played well in the Championship, so no reason he can't play well in Division 1.

    On his Wiki page he was on the books of Olimpo in the Argentine Premier league in 2015.So he may not be as far behind fitness wise as we think.

    I'm one of a few English guys that he speaks to on twitter via DM. Been speaking to him on via twitter for 4 years or so.

    Great guy. Genuine well mannered person.
