We all know its not Lee Johnson signing these players. Its Ben and Patrick that are modeling the club as they want and Lee is just working with what he's given. But i personally think with Josh now out injured for 3 months, Hugo is a better prospect at this present time a better option that a Digby or Abbott.

Not for some jobs, particularly higher salaried, expenses paid.

 

Is that jobs where the employer has head hunted the potential employee or jobs where a potential employee has approached a company and asked if they have a vacancy?

 

I just think that with 4 across the back and 1 player sitting in front, which will now be Pearson, we can have 5 players who have the licence to get forward and in the box, in whichever formation you want.

I'd probably go with Jackson, Watkins, R Williams (when fit), Toney and Hammill, as these seem to have most pace and movement.

Digby to me doesn't have the pace for the kind of midfielder we need. Would be better as a centre back.

 

You stated it was essentially a job interview and it was normal to pay your expenses. It would be a 'professional' position, plenty of such jobs pay expenses to interviewees whether they are headhunted or applied (which Hugo essentially has).

As it happens he hasn't had his paid, so it's a moot point anyway.
