How's about we start actually creating some chances for Sam to finish, and not sticking him upfront all on his own most games Lee?

Or on the wing. Or when we finally play 2 up top. Drop him or take him off.

I think Sam has pissed on his dog or summat

"We had a good chat when I told him I was going to put him on the bench. We will go through some video clips because I think there are a few technical things to work on. He's working too hard, moving into the ball too quickly and not rotating his head enough."

What does that even mean? Is this the exorcist? Is this the kind of psycho babble he comes out with all the time?

ohnson said: "Simeon has been unlucky because we have made decent signings and they have been ahead of him in the pecking order. He has that experience and there is no one at the club with a better scoring record. He got one goal in every two starts when he was in this division a few years ago and he needs to get back to that level by working hard."

He's the most experienced, proven goal scorer at the club, the fact you are not playing him makes you look like a prat. If he's not fit/good enough, why is he here? If its because you didn't sign him and it was a decision made someplace else, either resign or state as much, coward.

Whitey's right if you ignore the FLT at S****horpe. He's missed five league games since we signed him and we've lost them all.

Read rest of thread though, it's not much of a sample.

And we're ignoring a game he didn't start and didn't lose to make the stat.

Sorry Whitey. Hourihane played in both Swindon games last season. It's just the 5 league games he's missed this season that we've lost. We have won one game he missed though; the FLT game at S****horpe when he stayed on the bench.

You're right, I forgot about Scunny in the JPT. But he didn't 'start' against Swindon away last season.

It tends to be a fact of football that if the team is playing S*it the striker is obviously getting less service making his job harder that coupled with the fact of leaving up there on his own and playing him out of position..... WHAT DO YOU EXPECT.

If he hadnt got injured last season he would of got a decent tally, and scored a lot the previous season albeit in league 2.

His goal/game ratio throughout the last few years is good....

STOP OVERCOMPLICATING THINGS PLAY HIM DOWN THE CENTRE WITH A PARTNER AT HIS SIDE AND LET HIM DO HIS JOB... PUTTING THE BALL IN THE BACK OF THE NET!!!!

"Football is a a simple game complicated by Fools".... where have i heard this before
