    No case to answer. Other party wouldn't be able to prove in court the claimed losses to any extent.. Wouldn't be too worried if it was me. Courts will only rule on fact in these matters and unless there's more than meets the eye to this case, where has there been any damage / loss ?

    Dont bet on that matey. Things get very expensive very quickly and those with the biggest pile of cash win these cases. I know all about being threatened by Football clubs.

    Mmm well I have won court cases. All based on proving a particular law has been broken. Prove which law has been broken here I say.
