you won the 101 million Euro millions draw tonigth, how many of u would buy the reds. How much would it cost

Personally, i probably give about 15-20 to my family and friends, 10 million for me and the wife, so 70 million left.

Before the last few months, I would have had always said yeh but I'm that disheartened about the club at the moment, I'd rather buy a yacht despite me not even wanting one.

It would be defo something to consider. Surely a club with very minimal saleable assets cannot be valued at such a high figure... Suppose the argument is there to take it off the current owners hands for a reasonable sum.. In true BFC style obviously undisclosed !.

The main asset is the ground and that falls under a different company to the footy club... Think it needs to be one again though so would have to sort that side of things out... from 101 mill.... If you could get hold of the club and ground for 6 mill then another 5 into the club coffers straight off... 5 million into another high interest fund somewhere to earn interest for the clubs sake.. that interest would be paid into the club on an annual basis and try and run it on a stable financial standalone footing.

BFC would be a bargain, ain't he only wanting a few million?

Then l'd iron out all the annoying stuff that's wound me up over the years - sloped pitch, no social club, open corners, ***** scoreboard, off white stands, old floodlights, yellow bulbs, crap exterior lighting, stadium hardly being used beside football events, pre match entertainment, HT entertainment, "Boys are back in town" tune, Grey breeze block concourses, open back of the East stand, Tunnel at away end, dug out seating, pitch perimeter being sand, club not having a museum, old toby tyke badge on souvenirs..

I'd do nowt on't pitch, we'd be playing in Conf North in no time, but we'd be comfy.

I wouldn't know how to spend even 10% of that money, but I don't think I would spend any of it on the Tykes. I could waste the whole 101 million on the club and some people would still whine and moan at me for not spending enough money or spending it in the wrong way. It would only end in a heartbreak...

You could do all that, and some people would still find some reason(s) to hate you.

With the amount of grief Paddy gets just off the people on here, you'd have to be mad to give a penny to this club as people will always expect more.

    I would.

First thing I'd do is erect a 20 foot bronze statue of myself outside the Ponty End so that you all have to walk under my bronze knackers to get in.

No, if I won the lottery I'd want to be stress free.

I may well help the club out in some ways & would probably buy a box for every home game but I don't think I'd want the stress of owning it

Same here. I'd happily make large donations to the club each year but I'd want to remain a fan.

I don't play the lottery though so it'll not be me winning it anyway.

I'd love to invest but I don't think I'd like to be sole owner...wouldn't want the crap when things are not going well.
I would like to restore the old West stand, and the bogs though....restore not modernise!! but I wouldn't touch the scoreboard unless it was to put in
a proper old fashioned scoreboard with humans changing the scorecards...no video stuff. Every turnstile would be open till after k.o. including the
ST holders...save people from being stuck in a 40 deep queue for one ST gate when there are two pay on the gate ones open with no one wanting to get in.
I'd take the food and drink . away from national companies and use only local suppliers...and I'd like to involve the club in every school and junior football club in the area...half time entertainment would be a game between local kids.
