    Found it interesting Johnson thanked the owner and "the owners family" for standing by him in his post match interview! Yet cryne still insist his son has nothing to do with the club. Interesting.

    It's not interesting. We win a football match and yet we still have stuff to tear apart. This time it's the managers post match comments. I really do despair sometimes.

    Nail hit firmly on the head there. How often have we seen snippets taken out of context, embellished with conspiracy theories built around them which have then been used to beat the club over the head with repeatedly.

    A cracking example the other week when LJ omitted the Head Of Academy Recruitment's name in an interview and used his title followed by Ben. Next thing the rumour are doing the rounds that Mansford's picking the team.

    I'm sure it's common knowledge that he has some involvement, although I agree it's unclear what he does within the club. He's denied that he's involved in team selection and transfers before I think but not with the club altogether.

    Happy to be proven wrong.

    You're probably right but the way I understood it was that Patrick was saying James was 'just' a young lad who likes stats and has enjoyed looking at stats regarding players, that he's just a fan and nothing more

    But surely the club was aware of that. Would it not have been wise for them to answer the questions that came from that misunderstanding directly rather than to leave it and let itnbuild? They bring it on themselves in my opinion

    I remember them saying "we'll no longer rely on loanees". They said it in 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015. And then signed loads of loanees.

    Trust us to use that as summat to beat em over the head with. And to do it repeatedly.

    Sacking of Wilson and the rational behind it taken out of context when the club move the goalposts policy wise to keep this guy in charge.
