Far more encouraging than any of the defeats before York. We're certainly improving. Unfortunately 2 silly silly corner goals did us in tonight. At least we're scoring from open play, creating numerous chances and look to have some fight in us.
still can't believe we sacrificed a forward to bring on an defender when we were losing with only 5 mins to go. That's far more worrying to me if that's the way LJ's head works!
Not a terrible result. 9 defeats in 10, 7 of those defeats by the odd goal, at least we're not getting hammered.
With you on that one. I had quite the rant when I saw it at the time. More foolish tactics from LJ there.
Such confidence you seem to have. We still lost and had a player who says he came here to get fit red carded. Same old, same old. LJ isn't giving one of the best players in this League a fair run. If he doesn't know how to build a team around Sam Winnall then he's no coach. It's time Cryne gave him his P45 before it's too late to save the club.
We have an head coach who's out of his depth and won't walk because he won't give up his pay off. But I don't see positives from tonight because...... 1) We lost again. 2) We've let in three goals. 3) We've conceeded from a set piece. 4) We were sloppy enough to be offside when we could have had a goal. 5) We let one of our worst ever loan signings score his first goal for three and a half years. 6) Our loanee who's history and facts didn't look good prior to signing has now been sent off before our biggest home game of the season.
Nah I thought it was poor. As for the challenge for the sending off what was he thinking? It was a leg breaker type challenge and not at all needed with their player going nowhere fast. You'd think a guy who knows what it's like to have bad injuries would be more sensible in a challenge. That rush of blood cost us any chance of an equaliser and has messed with our plans for this weekend. He should probably come out and appologise for letting everyone down.
