    ISIL? But if they were a BFC fan then we should right?

    I will clap to show respects for a fellow BFC fan who has passed away. I don't know the bloke and I am totally against his political stance and support of 5-0. But I also believe that I'm not supporting these by clapping. I do agree though that this is getting ridiculous and impossible to manage the justification for and against each case.

    I think the best way of doing it in future is to have a minutes applause or silence on one particular game, maybe the last home game of the season. They could print the names of ex reds players and fans who have died during the season.

    Or have a day like Preston do? Everyone wear a flat cap on a certain game as a mark of respect.

    We could still have the minutes silence on remembrance day, just rather than having an applause every other Saturday we could have one collective one at the start or end of the season.

    Or we could all stop whining and just clap for 60 seconds whenever someone asks us to on Facebook.

    it seems strange that those who knew this chap havnt got a bad word to say about him and those that didnt know him are slagging him off,just because they dont agree with his political views or assume that he was an out and out football hooligan.
    a bloke suffering from mental illness commits suicide and some holier than thou ****s choose to castigate him on an open forum.Mental illness is quite obviously a killer so its to be hoped that people like supertyke never get in that position.
