I don't understand this thinking. According to Lee we already have Watkins, Isgrove, Williams and Hammill on the wings. Well Watkins is usually played up top and is pretty ineffective when played out wide, Williams should definitely be played in the number 10 role and Isgrove is nowhere near the standard of JOS. We only have Hammill who makes an impact out wide. A right winger who has the ability to run at defences, whip balls in the box and cut inside to shoot would be ideal for us. Smith and Winnall would look much better strikers if they were paired together with good service from both wings.

Anyway why do we really need a CM? Sure Scowen is injured but you could say we already have Pearson, Hourihane, Digby, Abbott and Mawson who can play there. Why didn't we just make Hugo's life to give us cover in this position if we really need it that much?

Signing Hugo and JOS would of given the whole club a boost. Yet another blunder from LJ and co in my opinion.

Dont agree with signing Colace but with regards to the wingers, he wasng fussed with overloading on CM in the summer so why not sign another winger?

Disagree we have enough wingers I wouldn't mind jos coming in but surely a loanee needs to leave 1st the amount of loanees we have is ridiculous. And I prefer watkins on the wing as opposed to up to has created alot of chances/assists from playing on the wing this season.

Watkins ineffective out wide? I totally disagree, if you can't see it during the game then check the stats.

The solution would be straight forward. End the loan if the largely ineffective Isgrove. Unless I'm missing summat that is.

I think Marley is OK out wide. Can't beat a full back but gets some good balls into the box.

My main gripe with him is that he isn't black with dreads. That name is false advertising.

There's plenty of our current team that I'd prefer on the microphone than on the pitch to be fair.

Conor Wilkinson seems to have discovered reverse Karaoke. A professional performing like an amateur.

Also the thing is with jos he has signed a new deal at rovers so if he was to come on a months loan like he has done at dale they is virtually no chance of making the signing permanent.
