If we had backed Mark, not pulled the rug under Keith's feet or got a decent replacement in when Flitcroft was sacked we would probably be playing in a Championship fixture. Even if we had stuck with Danny or got a better replacement in when he was sacked we would have probably swept aside a very poor non-league side and at least be playing in an FA Cup fixture. But no. We have stuck with the worst manager in the clubs history and we are playing in the JPT against a side we faced in the championship less than 2 years ago.
I agree we have replaced managers with even worse managers/head coaches and it has reached a new low the game against Altrincham was one of the worse performances I have ever witness given the calibre of opposition we were up against
thereev does not give a flying fook whether we win or lose setdi...win yep a possible trip to wemberlee, lose and we get what we deserve this season....nowt int cups and a possible relegation. just don't give a fook folks....and apathy is worse than being pished off.....cos that's the last step before stopping going altogether hth
Like reev I couldn't care less about the game on Saturday and I'm at the point of not caring at all. The club seem intent on sticking with the worst manager we've ever had so this season is all but over already.
The game was a bit of a trip down memory lane for me, it reminded me of the games I used to attend in the 70's , without the fighting off the pitch obviously
Thing is Saturday is 5 quid in and 1 quid for kids if this numpty wasn't here there would of been 4 minimum attending of us but I'm not off ill keep a eye on the score we would have took a right turnout if circumstances were diffrent . I'm still very pissed off with what's happening at the club I have no faith now in Johnson to turn this around. I just hope we can stay in the league and get rid of Johnson at the end of season. Can't see it though it's obvious he won't resign or you would after 10 defeats on bounce his "I'm not a quitter" is code for I want a payoff and we have paid off our last 3 managers so he is here for the forcible unfortunately. Sad to see this happening to my Club who I have had so many good times watching over the past 19 years
3rd person again. Reev your language is shocking, are you unable to express yourself in a civilised manner?
I can only speak for myself but I have given up on all non season ticket games as a direct result of the clown still being in charge. I think the JPT is a total waste of time and I won't attend any games so I can't blame my exile on Saturday on LJ but you're right there will be a lot staying away because of him.
It's a fiver in, and not a long away trip. As someone who constantly bangs on about the obscene cost of following my club, I'd be a wally not to take the opportunity to support the lads for five pounds. I'm a wally though anyway.
Totally agree Can't fault the prices I paid a tenner at home to York so surely I can £5 for Wigan Decent ground and view in the away end Could be one stop closer to Wembley Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Aye, it's quite a steep stand too, cracking view. I'm looking forward to it. Cost me five times as much to watch the game on Saturday.
What the fook are Wigan fans thinking about this Saturday!!! They were lifting the FA Cup just a few years ago...
