    Who gives a monkeys if he's gay ? Bigger issues around than this, Big Lyls wife losing her job is a bigger issue for me. Life's too short to worry about other peoples sexuality

    Thank you for that, Andy. Crystal isn't sitting back and hoping something comes her way. She's been busy sending out her CV to various care homes & agencies (including ones suggested by posters & friends) and is unwilling to wait until the axe falls before starting her search.

    She will find a new and better job. Ive seen the poor quality of some care staff (some being a minority) and if they can get a job then any care home would go nuts for somebody of Crystals quality.

    Thank you for that, my old friend.
    She loves the job and this week has been particularly difficult for her as an individual and the family as a whole. However, after a few days licking her wounds, she's come out fighting. If she can put up with being married to me for 31 years, she'll certainly overcome this setback!:D

    Your welcome Kev, there are jobs out there and I'm sure Crystal will find one. Hardest thing my daughter has done is tell a Neanderthal like me that she's gay, I've accepted it and moved on. Life's too short to worry, all my worrying goes into my **** football team

    She's still your daughter who you love just as much as ever. She's done nothing wrong, she's not ill, she's not abnormal, she is who she is. A warm, caring, loving person.
    Her Dad, on the other hand, is a silly, old bugger who still cares enough to get upset (like the rest of us) over his flipping football team. Long may both things continue!:D
