    I've just read a post on another thread regarding a lack of interest in the premier league and not knowing many of the players, it made me think of how my interest has gone on relation to football other than barnsley.
    So how many players could you name off the top of your head who are regulars for Newcastle Swansea West brom, West ham Leicester,. I'm at about 4 or 5 players for each team . Is it just me and the other BBS er.

    I was surprised how little I now know, a few years back I'm sure I knew most of each team in the prem league. Cheers for having a go

    I'm sure most of the West Ham players I mentioned are out injured! I struggled with Swansea and West Brom.

    I got home from work today and watched Olympiakos under 19's vs Arsenal under 19's. Then tonight, I'll be watching both first teams haha surely I can find something better to do with my life lol

    How old are you mate, if don't mind me asking?

    I'm 46, I'm not avidly collecting panini stickers anymore, I'm not dreaming of being a footballer when I grow up, I see the whole thing for what it is. In fact, knowing what I know about football as a grown up, it's amazing that it holds my interest at all - I can offer no intelligent or rational explanation as to why it should. If I were a more sophisticated human being I would curl up with a good book on a Saturday afternoon and switch the whole thing off. But I don't and I still watch MOTD (though I usually fall asleep in the middle of it, another age thing!)
