Thought the Johnson out brigade would have already noted the date.. http://www.barnsley-chronicle.co.uk...ll-spirits-still-high-despite-being-at-bottom
"People within the club have been very supportive and they know mistakes have been made across the board" I'm just going to post that line the next time someone says he should be sacked & it's all his fault.
Win at Colchester and we hopefully can relinquish bottom spot. The importance of this game cannot be underestimated hence my reason for attending to support the players. A defeat will not be acceptable no matter how good or unlucky or crap we play. **** or bust time!!
I'm not happy with any of it! This year has been a disaster for Barnsley FC. Next year will be even more disastrous if we are relegated!
I'm not sure anyone thinks that. Maybe some retards do, but any sensible, or even remotely sensisble folk don't. It's widely acknowledged that the leadership of the club has been poor and mistake after mistake has been made. I don't think LJ is a good manager though. In fact I think he's pretty *****. The football has been dog **** pretty much all season. But we're stuck with him, so I'm not going to spend my life running the guy down. I've got far better things to do. However, to me, turning the corner will be finding top half/play off challenging form over a prolonged period, not scraping our silly ar5es away from the bottom of the pile. This season is a write off already. Another year of **** all. That's due to the leadership of the club and LJ. Both are accountable. Even though I don't rate LJ, I am desperate for the club to be successful and to win games. So when we do "turn the corner" as has been predicted, I'll be ******* elated. I mean really elated and buzzing. Because I'm a Barnsley fan, and I'll give LJ credit for doing so in the same way I've criticised the ***** he's served up so far, since the ar5e end of last season and all of this season.
I wouldn't have been bothered with that, however it's different when your bottom of the table four months into the season.
