    Its Poor tactics which have cost us most. Most mistakes have happened due to poor tactics. Trying to play a silly possession style of football that doesn't suit our players or this division and getting caught out.

    No surprise that we have improved since the switch to 442. Just what most fans have been calling for since the beginning of the season

    I am happy to stick with LJ and have backed him all season, I do believe it is his inexperience which has cost us most, but at least hes not too stubborn to change like some managers would be. I actually think he will get it right. But im not gonna make excuses for him and blame player mistakes

    I'm not sure we have improved since the change as such. I think He would prefer a system that allows him to get more one one ones with the full back and less defensive work.

    But as one of the squad said the other day, He just offers that bit of magic.
