To the unhappy, the depressed, the moaners please treat yourself to a sabbatical away from Oakwell, away from this board, maybe away from football.

Clearly this wallowing in misery is going to affect you so for your health's sake just drop out for a bit.

Your negative posts wont be missed, you contribute nothing constructive neither to this board nor to the team.

And don't think that I'm happy with the results - I'm not.

However I do feel it my job to support the manager and support the players and that's what I an doing.

Yes we were crap today, but some of the posts tonight have been verging on hysterical.

I agree completely. How unreasonable of fans to be unhappy and fed up when we're having such a memorable, barnstorming season. The negativity really is completely unnecessary.

Then you are deluded. The future of the club does not lie in a policy that is going to diminish it's league status and devastate it's fan base. It is necessary from time to time for people to be 'critical friends' of the club. To express concern is not to be 'depressed' or to 'wallow in misery'. It is to call it as it is. If the fans are unhappy with the way things are going, then it is right that they say so and let the club know. The manager is surely close to (if not arrived at) satistically the worst manager the club has had in 128 years. If that does not demand change, then I don't know what does. If this is not entirely Lee Johnson's fault then other things need to change as well.

Depends how you define hysterical. I think considering how things have been for quite a while now that most fans are still quite balanced and supportive.

We are not wallowing in misery. This board is for ALL fans to give their opinions. A lot of us are not satisfied with what is happening to our beloved football club. We do offer constructive criticism but our Board are not listening. How much non satisfaction does it need for you to retaliate. Never being one for that, kick me and I kick back, and I repeat Lee Johnson should have been gone sometime since. Even Mourinho could not survive and look at his CV. Our guy has not even got nothing on his

Support a manager who has the worst win precentage ever for the club, plays the worst style of whatever he calls it, because I can't call it football, stands off other teams whilst they run rings around us and make decent players look like amateurs, he's, I'd love to support that, except YOU may not remember us being in the old fourth division, I do, having supported this club for 50 years.

This is the worst team I have ever seen, no tackling, no fight, you support LJ if you like with all his 'corridors of confusion, areas of arseh%les, or whatever he wants to call it ...

I call it utter ****, and if you are happy with that, good luck to you and PC, LJ &BM, because very soon we will start our FA cup matches in the middle of September on the northern counties league

I would agree with that Mario, I think what's surprised me that the first really crap performance in a better recent spell has provoked tonight's reaction.

I started going in 1967 and I disagree...I've seen far worse more hopeless times than this.....but thats just my opinion.

I don't want to sound like I'm giving no credit but our recent upturn in form included beating arguably the two teams that are actually worse than us in the league and a penalty win in the JPT. The fact we've been crap for years and seemingly getting worse doesn't help matters.

Has it been that much of a better spell though really, against Sheff U we were *****, Wigan players I suspect either underestimated us or didn't quite think they needed to put in total effort for the JPT (they did today when they thought it mattered) and at Colchester (another side struggling for form) we could easily have blown it, all perspective I suppose.

I can't totally disagree but football is so fickle a couple of wins and in some eyes everything in the garden will be rosy..but what really gets me is reading on here that Hourihane is s***e...Winnall is s***e etc etc....give him two poor games and Hammill will be s***e.

Hourihane and Winnall are sometimes awful. Or mediocre. Or average. Sometimes they are good.

Overall they are probably fit for this league, although probably fit a bit higher up the league than is our position at the moment.

Though not if they play like they did today.

I started going around the same time as you and in my opinion this is the worst manager/coach we've ever had. To me, morale is at an all time low. I really want things to pick up, but I just feel that January is going to bring more misery. It's heartbreaking to see fans at each other's throats, but I do think that fans have a right to voice their thoughts.
