    Why did he leave it till the 66th minute to make any kind of change then?

    He needs to come out and gave ago at the players. Instead of talking ***** every week. Look at the response Redfearn got from Rotherham this week after his recent outburst about his players

    Our players were a disgrace and our manager has no idea how to motivate them.

    Every home game has seen us start well then fall to pieces following a defensive calamity. They're all to blame.

    Must be nice though knowing you're guaranteed a pay off if you fail at your job. I'd give up pretty quickly too.

    I wonder how many managers have deliberately got themselves sacked in the past
