    Season long loan, Armstrong's. Not sure they can recall him yet.

    By extending Toney's initial month we then ran the risk of a 24 hour recall. It's now happened.

    Shame as I liked what I saw from him the last time I saw him. Looked a stronger version of Devante Cole.

    Given the team is crying out for experience, and Jackson has played in the Premier League and is 28 years old, Johnson not picking him needs to be explained.

    I liked him. His first month you could see he had something about him but just lacked game time having not played regularly since division four football over six months ago. He also had to get used to a level he didn't know and play for a poor team. In his second month he did well scoring a few goals and setting up another couple.

    Don't understand why anyone is glad he's gone. That's the risk we take not building a team with our own players though. Wouldn't be a shock if it came out he got sent back for similar reasons to why Arsenal recalled Crowley.
