    kinda agree fella

not that stressed with the Scallys.. but do agree with the cheque book Chelski... but it was Man Ure who started it all off in UK... and that's why I loathe them.

yes thats what the BBC producers of MOTD wear

Reasons why this thread is all wrong

    1. The alleged MUFC/ BBC bias is utter b'llox.
    2. Tiresome effort at winding up one person, Mickey Finn for no apparent reason. God knows what he's done to deserve it.
    3. No-one on here actually cares about Man Utd. If there were any Man Utd fans on here, they'd be on gloating every time Liverpool lose. Just doesn't happen. No-one cares.
    4. The poster then draws the worst out of the usual culprits who have no other response than to point at alcohol. Again, tiresome.
    5. If alcohol IS the reason for the poster behaving in such a way, then repeatedly publicly gloating at someone about something that may be an illness, is as distasteful as the initial post.
    6. It's Christmas. Be nicer. If not grow up. Stop posting this tedious crap.

Aye, I'm getting good at ignoring tiresome threads. Main reason I don't log on / post anything like as much as I used to.

Given our club's history with Man Utd - particularly in reference to Tommy Taylor and Mark Jones - I can't understand why any Barnsley fan can truly HATE United.

I've always wanted them to do well and while they'll never be my number one team, I have no shame in wishing them success, unless they're playing Barnsley of course.

Why? Seriously, why would it? You've made a statement, so back it up for once. Here's the evidence for the defence. I've actually had a lovely Christmas. Missus not been too well, but we've had a nice time, so sorry to piss on your chips about that. Saw Star Wars, went for dinner at some friends, last bit of shopping Wednesday, day in front of the telly with my youngest on Christmas Eve, got completely ballaxed by 12 noon yesterday, great presents, lovely dinner, slept it off while Mrs Finn watched Strictly/Midwife/Downton, dodged the floods round here to get over to see me mam and dad and sister's family in Stockport today, back in work tomorrow. Tatters?? Yeah, right.

Give over. Nobody is claiming that dragon s an alcoholic or has an illness. What people repeatedly say is that like a lot of pillock's in Barnsley town centre tonight he acts like a tool when he's had a few.

Hope the missus is oreight mate. I wouldn't have justified the thread with a response, personally. They hate being ignored.

He's alcoholic, it's an illness. Not an excuse for his outbursts, at all. But not something to beat him up with. In my opinion. Not after an argument mate, not at Xmas.
