35%/65% Mr Reev! Unfortunately, Don Cossack was one of the 65%! Very difficult race to unravel. As between Don Cossack, Vautour and Cue Card, I'm really unsure as to which of those (if any) I'd favour for the Gold Cup. As for tomorrow, Ar Mad would be my strong fancy for the Novice Chase. Hopefully he'll be one of the 35%!
Rarest ever threadstopper post! I have followed Cue Card for many years. Always seemed there was summat. There. Second only to my faith that year in Dancing Brave. You always forget the great disappointments. Cue Card will not win the Gold Cup. But he is making up for a few lost fivers tonight!
I've been an admirer of Cue Card's for several years, threadstopper. Have backed him on many occasions, including last time out at Haydock. But I couldn't see him winning today against the young guns. But fair play to the Tizzards and to the horse. Great display. Wouldn't want him for Cheltenham, but then again I was wrong about him today.
Only 1/2 today though Flash! Interestingly, Timeform reckon Don Cossack would have reeled in the other two with a clear round. But if my Auntie had.................. etc!
