    He will only have 6 months in the championship with Preston. As for wages Preston I know offered Martyn Woodford a contract in the summer and it was lower than any other club including some lower league one teams

    Can't really blame him. Even if Preston are relegated, they'll have a better chance of going up than what we'll have. Not to mention the deal on offer was probably a lot more lucrative.

    Ben was in corner stand this afternoon with some of other young players, was here just see some of his mates? If he was signing for PNE would he not have gone to watch them this afternoon?

    We had a deal agreed, but Ben rejected the move.

    His prerogative.

    I'm not his biggest fan, but he's a decent young laiker, might improve massively, we'll see. But Scowen is much better in my opinion. Good luck to him at PNE.
