Again. A loan target according to Alan Nixon. Also wanted by Bury as a permanent deal.

I don't think we'll have balance in the universe until we have Ryan Williams and John O'Sullivan back together. Imagine that though....Hammill, Hourihane, Scowen, O'Sullivan. That's a midfield

Must be true if it's on twitter. Can he tackle and play center mid? Also bury will have to pay a fee to Blackburn he signed a new 3 year deal last summer and he will want same contract length at bury theyll be ****ed when it all goes tits up and I will have no sympathy

Our defence can't keep clean sheets, we are light in centre midfield and we get linked to someone who plays in one of our strongest positions for cover. Can't see it myself. Not seen him mentioned on here since he went back out on loan, so I imagine apart from his sending off he did very little.

    On paper
    ----------Watkins
    Hammill Williams O'Sullivan
    Hourihane Scowen

Looks nice it's far too attacking. Scowen's not a defensive minded midfielder IMO. You only have to go back to the everton game when he wanted to go at them and they picked him off a few times and got their last? goal from doing it. Last season he was at his best IMO when he played Attacking midfield central in front of Hourihane and Pearson. Hes a good runner with the ball when he gets in the hole between midfield and defence and he can put through a good ball if he had someone with pace upfront.

Wonder if we're tracking him because he's capable of playing up front? Not high on the priority list for me though.

As good as O'Sullivan was we need to move on.

I know Isgrove isn't our player but he's impressing me more and more every week. I thought he was our best player yesterday.

Going forward we've got players with quality, it's defensively where we are struggling. I can't wait for Scowen to come back into CM.

Have we an option of signing Isgrove at the end of his loan ?
