Do you reckon they are good enough to step up to the first team? Rather see these lads given a chance than another pointless 30 day loan with this stupid policy we have now
Bang on. We've bought white and ash in. If we thought they were good enough we should play them. Or at least have them on the bench to give them minutes and experience. im sick of us signing so many non league players in the "hope" they are good enough, invariably they are released within 2 years. Lost count of the numbers we've done that to and in the long run it will harm us when there is real talent to be snapped up. We won't have a good track record of developing non league talent.
