as he is being restricted by the club's transfer and recruitment policy, Ben's doing ok and Cryne leaving would be a disaster. I'd hate to see how **** things would be if someone was actually being held responsible.
So would I Conan. The club is dying a slow and laborious death because of failed policies that are still being implemented probably as we speak. Carry on without change and the Die hards can all huddle together again in the ponty! Be just like old times

Well, was just going to reply along the lines of, are you on a rota system with the Doc and Reevy, but unless your on a handover, obviously not.

If he has the final say - which we have to assume he has - then it's down to him. Unless others are making decisions on his behalf or leading him up the garden path.
