Read lots of accounts and opinions over the last couple of days or so. I'm honestly sure what people were expecting. Yes it was different to the millwall game but it was always going to be. It was a massive game for both teams and as in all the big games they are tight affairs. The match it's self might not have been a champions league semi final but the pressure on our and there players wouldn't have been less in many ways. The first leg are normally the tighter in many two legged games. There was of course things that weren't right for Barnsley and if I wasn't on my mobile typeing this.
Re: Some knees to cheer up Yes my posts aren't 100% when i'm on my laptop but that's why I don't like posting off my phone. Some need to cheer up I've seen lots of opinions over the last couple of fays or so I'm honestly not sure what people were expecting. Barnsley missed Watkins IMO and hes the most important striker at the club for me at the moment. He can really stretch the game allowing the midfield to have space and do their thing. Ryam Williams and Abbott haven't played much over the last month or so but some have taken the frustrations out on these two players. These both would have benefited from Watkins playing but he didn't. Also Barnsley fans should take a minute and praise Fleetwood. They made the game tough and wiith the likes of isgrove and Hammill been supported by White and Wabara that's not an easy thing to do. I'll not mention the players I was frustrated at coming out of Oakwell because quite simply it's not good to get into that sort of thing on here.
Re: Some knees to cheer up We already know the players you don't like. You mention it in most posts. But very cordial of you to resist that urge this time around. I totally disagree with your theory that we revolve around Watkins. I like Marley, but he's not so pivotal. In my opinion.
Re: Some knees to cheer up No it's fine you can slate Mawson, Wabara, Davies, Abbott and Hourihane if you want
