Be glad when this farcical loan system is abolished maybe then we'll be able to actually build a team of our own, although it'll cost us a fortune as we have pretty much an entire team to buy. May also stop the 'bigger boys' just rounding up the nations talent and farming them out on loan with no intention of ever letting them near the first team Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
it's unsustainable. we all know that. the club know that. but we are where we are. the alternative appears to be do nothing or sign $hit.
People will bitch and whinge but we desperately need a cm and we've got one, with the added bonus that because it's a months loan we can still find a permanent replacement for pearson. Just because it's a short term fix doesn't mean we have to stop searching for a long term solution.
Hope he plays Saturday and has a storming game and we win. Then I hope he carries that form into the Rochdale match and has another cracker and we win. As for the future? we'll see. But in the here and now? good luck to the lad.
If he's here to replace Pearson the facts are he's younger than Ben but played more league games and scored more goals.Sometimes a player needs to move on to reignite his career.I hope he shows what he's capable of and signs a long term deal if it works out for both him and BFC.The terms of the deal are "an initial one months loan".Welcome to Oakwell Josh.
Not sure why the alternatives should be do nothing or sign ****. Wallsall, Burton, Rochdale and Gillingham show you can attract decent (at this level) players and supplement them with a few loans all on lower gates and tighter finances than us.
i don't disagree with you by the way. just commenting on what appears to be our current position. we ****** things up in the summer, when we had the chance to start building properly. this many loans just feels too short-term to be incidental. in my opinion this has less to do with the Club's strategy and more to do with patrick's exit strategy.
So my subtitled effort yesterday was absolutely bang on.. http://www.grapheine.com/classiktv/...lang=uk&code=882bb92d43fc17d64afb14da64cf649b
