I’ve never seen him have a good game. But then again I haven’t been to every game this season, so I may have missed it.
But just where do I start with his performance yesterday. Absolutely abysmal.

Three things about his game spring readily to mind.

The first was in the first half. He was in an advanced position. The ball came near him. All he had to do was to make a decisive move towards it and it would have been his. He hung back. The crowd shouted at him and he went for it. Sort of won it but then backed off to let the Colchester player win it back. They broke and he jogged, yes I kid you not, jogged back towards our penalty area as they attacked. DIDN’T WANT IT!

The second was Daniels had the ball in his hands. He looked for a quick throw out to Wiseman who was totally in the clear near the touchline. Realising Daniels wanted to give him the ball, Wiseman turned his back on him and wandered infield towards Mirfin. Daniels shouted at him and he made a half hearted attempt to move back out wide. Their player saw him so he moved back inside again. DIDN’T WANT IT!

The third was late on in the second half. King had the ball just inside our half. He looked to the right wanting to switch play. Normally he would have swept the ball out to our advancing full back into acres of space. The problem was there was no-one there. Wiseman was behind Mirfin, hiding! DIDN’T WANT IT!

And that’s just three instances that stood out. There were others as well. A truly dreadful performance from a player getting paid a decent wedge.
All I can say is that Clarke must have done something wrong to have been dropped.

Must be a different Scott Wiseman. The one we had was fantastic. He used to keep John Stones and Bobby Hassell out of the side and was even captain for a spell. He always loved it here too, from day one probably.

He once scored a goal Lionel Messi would have been proud of too.

It's odd reading stuff like that about someone who we once considered to be a decent player, at Championship level no less. Fair enough, it didn't last long, but there were times when most people would have seen him as a decent player. I liked him, and even made the effort to download one of those dodgy sports channels so I could see him play for Gibraltar.

It seems though that he has now got to the stage where he doesn't want to be where he is. I can't believe he wants to give up the game, but he clearly doesn't want to be at Scunny. Conference beckons I think.

Because hes an ex player and im always interested in how ex players are doing wether they were good or bad for us.

It's embarrassing that you're so angry about it.

He's quoting a post from a S****horpe forum. The post suggests Wiseman's heart isn't in it, the same as (how I saw it anyway) when he was here.

If you are picking on pointless posts then you might as well reply to 90% of them.

It's a valid point as it's clear the Scott wiseman we saw others are seeing.

Barnsley has a history stretching back well over 100 years. If we are only allowed to comment on what happens right now then it is a crying shame that all that history must be discarded and hidden away.

As embarrassing as it may be, Scott Wiseman IS a part of that history and so his shiteness is fair comment on a Barnsley message board.

Why are you taking the time to post on a post that you think is pointless?

I actually went on the S****horpe board to see if they were posting about Sam Winnall as I think it it would be an interesting read.

I stumbled across the Wiseman post and found it interesting reading so thought I'd share it.

You didn't have to read it and you definitely didn't need to give your pointless opinion on it.
