Class defender Don't care what anyone says If he didn't play for man Utd everyone would agree Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Compared to Phil Jones, yes. But in the grand tradition of Man U centre halves, he's distinctly average. An okay partner for Stones, when he rolls up in the summer.
Smalling's improving all the time, I rate him. Rooney was different class tonight, his passing was summat else. Top, top player. Derby have some very average laikers for the money spent. JB isn't one of them.
I'm not convinced yet. Every time they go at teams he looks vulnerable. Look at Wolfsburg when they were trailing. He's had the bonus of having two holding midfielders in front of him & a pair of full backs that rarely venture forward
Not sure if serious, Paul, but......

WHAT.A.GOAL! Don't agree on Rooney. He's been mediocre to ***** all season, can't say he's still a top top player on the basis of one game against lower league opposition.
People were willing to say LJ is a ***** manager based on 8 games. I think half a season of ***** performances is a big enough sample size to say that a player who is the wrong side of 30 and has never looked like a naturally fit bloke is declining.
would you or anybody else say the same about john stones though. that if he didnt play for us to begin with then nobody on here would care at all.
I agree I think stones is a very good player But because he's from Barnsley we are a little biased He had a much better season last year and that worries me I honestly don't think think he's good enough for England YET Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
