But what planet is tubby on? 300k is fair for the division's top scorer, who unlike the rest, doesn't take penalties? Ah well. Fingers crossed nobody else comes in for him.
Sam is worth ten times that offer wouldn't suprised me if it's more mind games after a silly offer to try turn sams head.
I think Wolves might be tempting for him, being from that area. But surely we will not start the bidding below £2 million. That must be the minimum although, for me, he should be told he is going NOWHERE. I can't believe he would give up another half a season of fan adoration for a few thousand extra in his pocket. Oh, hang on though......
depends on contractual clauses I think and we all know just how foolish our contractual clauses have been over the years, thus allowing the cream of our crop to be skimmed off for peanuts.
Looks like Evans as the titty-lip on.. Phil Hay <s>@</s>PhilHayYEP <small class="time"> 30 mins30 minutes ago </small> Evans on bid for Winnall: "There’s been some insulting comments come out of South Yorkshire about our bid. We thought it was in confidence."
Evans is a fat odious piece of work who manages an odious club; I wouldn't do business them out of principle.
Chant at the piggery when Wednesday played Leeds the other week ....aimed at Evans " you're just a fat Neil warnock". Quite good I thought.
Insulting? Yes I hope so, 'cos it's feckin' derisory. In confidence, no because it was leaked out by your mates at your West Yorkshire newspaper, you fat fcuker Evans. As our Mick said the other week, Evans exercises his mouth a lot but no other parts of his body.
leeds are a despicable club with a deserving horrible reputation. but if they offer us what we want for our player then fair enough, its business and at least 1.5 mill should seal the deal.
I think that now we,re within spitting distance of the playoffs, the club should prove their ambition to the fans and hold on to winall to at least the end of the season. I know business is business and had we still been in the lower reaches of the division I wouldn,t have blamed em for cashing in, but theres real hope now and if we were to sell I think it would send out real negative vibes ..
