    Makes sense.

    Not only explains why we need to pay more attention to young talent and lads from non league, but the importance of bringing them in this season. We need to get as many playing regular football as possible so that they can form part of the squad next season when the emergency loan window is removed.

    We're starting to put together a decent sized squad, full of quality young players with potential, on inexpensive contracts, and eventually we'll have plenty of strength in depth to get us through sticky patches like the one we had in October/November.

    It's kinda like how Wednesday have got to where they are, but I suppose on a budget.
