    Having watched him on the touchline I really don't see what he does, Hecky is the one giving advice to the manager and instruction to the players, all I see Wright do is moan at the officials.

    Top and bottom is none of us really know who the major influencer is. The only people who know that will be the players. From what Lee has said previously, Tommy has been like a mentor / enforcer. Who the f-ck knows.
    If I was Patrick ( and thank god we have that guy) I'd meet with all the players on a one to one basis and ask them what it is they think has turned us from **** to gold dust. Then I'd make my decision on that basis. If they said that it was the influence of disco and Bobby at training then appoint them. If they said it was the tea lady then appoint that lil beauty. Let's let the people speak.
    On a serious note, it would be a good thing to do. Not appoint the teal lady but ask the players.

    Talking about ladies. Who is the pretty lass on our bench at Fleetwood. Is she a physio. If she is there is no wonder all the players are going in with groin injuries

    How can you say that? You watch him on the touchline so from that you don't think he does anything?

    Go to training and watch what Tommy Wright contributes. The statements people make on here are baffling.

    I was sat right next to the dugout last night and Wright was giving massive encouragement to Bree in particular as well as organising the warm up of the subs.
