I'm the Brizzle City chairman. I'm putting £49mill into the club. I'm expanding the ground and going balls out for a Premier League tilt....... I need a new manager to get me there. I'll try and get LJ from Barnsley. Is he off his t1ts? Anyway UTR regardless. Ps I like LJ. But just putting things into perspective
I was thinking the same, I'd go for Pearson or sherwood, he has serious cash this guy, seems a bit strange. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Yes, the guys suppose to be worth £1.3billion and he's looking at a manager that has no Championship experience to save his club from relegation. Seems a little 'David Hockaday' to me. Would he last 70 days?
Odd isn't it. I like Johnson. I think he'll be a good manager. But that's just my opinion, I've nothing really to back it up. I could be completely wrong. Let's be reight, he's had three good months of results in his entire managerial career (last Feb/March plus January and February this year), he's had plenty of 'meh' at both Barnsley and Oldham and a few months that have been utter disasters. I think he's got a lot of potential, but I'd want a bit more proof before I'd be backing him with tens of £millions.
No he's not off his t1ts. Our young manager has the potential to progress. He has the vision and the intellectual horsepower to recognise what's needed in terms of building foundations and ensuring we have young blood coming through. If I was the chairman of a championship club I'd go after him. With a vengeance. PC saw what he had the potential to do. You might laugh at me now but he will manage a top Premiership club. He's ambitious. You'll laugh at me again but I've heard him say he wants to manage England. It might happen.
If he plans on playing that 451 ****** that he tried here Bolton will have a chance of catching them.
"He has the vision and the intellectual horsepower to recognise what's needed..." There's some reyt ****** being spouted on here toneet.
Re: "He has the vision and the intellectual horsepower to recognise what's needed..." I'm guessing that they see LJ as someone who is young, has ambition, has proved (in spells) that he can play attractive and attacking football and has a history with the club. Let's be fair with the right cash available LJ could be very successful there.
A genius at gis trade is a manger who changes his formation to 3 up front when his team are 0-2 down at home band they win the game 4-2 a la mourhino, On the evidence of what I've seen he is nowhere near, in fact he's not even as good as mark robins and is nestled beside Simon davey and Glyn hodges. I love a manger that changes its formation. I'd play 3-4-2-1. Three wise men at the back, couple of donkeys in the middle, flanked by nippy goats on the wings, Mary and Joseph just behind baby Jesus in his crib up front. Holding role. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
You are right. I will laugh at you. Manage a top premier league club? Speechless. My bet is that if he takes the BCFC job, he'll be looking for another one by Christmas. With a very iffy CV and a reputation as a job tart.
Re: "He has the vision and the intellectual horsepower to recognise what's needed..." That's not ****** that's Stella induced ****** so It must be true it must be true.
Wouldnt you rather play jesus in goal Jesus saves remember....although allan clarke often scored with the rebound....
