As much as I like the French, and I still think that we should have let Hitler keep them

I don't care about the bloke more faces than town hall clock. I just hope it doesn't effect the players tomorrow.

Really, he could've done a Danny Wilson and said he was staying put, only to fek off anyway. He's taken a massive gamble here (career wise, not financial) He's left behind a realistic chance of a promotion and a trophy double, to join a struggling club. Iv'e no axe to grind with him and wish him all the best.

I think the players will be fine and really up for this game.

Like I say I don't care he is gone just hope it doesn't effect the players. But given Bristol is his team or whatever. If I was in a similar position at a league one club and my team barnsley came in for me to manage em I'd be off to my team and nowt would stop me. We just have to move on now and get behind the lads tomorrow. But the reaction after fleetwood interviews ect I still didn't think he would go.

Johnson will be no great loss to the club.

If he hadn't lost his marbles when he started playing Sam out on the wing we may have not lost the 8 on the trot.
I think he only survived the chop then because Crine had said he would be his last manager and was saving face.

Any fan who is worried about the club going into a steep decline need not worry. In my 55 plus years supporting this Club a Manager leaving on his own accord has not led to a club meltdown.

Who ever gets the job will come into a club on the rise where the players are now use to winning and not losing.

We will be spoilt for choice when this job is advertised.
