    Josh Brownhill.

What a game that lad had today.

The most exciting thing about him is there's still so much more to come from him.

He's still not playing with complete confidence.

As I said when he's signed I've followed Josh since he broke through at Preston as he was a good friend of my house mate at uni. He's got a great side to his attacking game that we're still to see and he loves to shoot on sight. Great game Josh your best so far!

You could have given it to any one of them today, it was a great team performance. I'd have gone for Isgrove out of them all.

Pearson who was also forming a good partnership with Hourihane. White for me MoM closely followed by Hourihane.

Hourihane is gerrin in my top 3 regular narr wiart scoring.

I'm developing a bit of a man-crush on him. He was brilliant today; tons of energy, does most things well and links intuitively with Hourihane. We're stronger with those two in the middle than we have been for quite a while.

Very difficult as there were so many excellent displays today. Real team effort. I was torn between White and Brownhill. Both of whom put in great displays

Him and Hourihane are developing a good partnership and they compliment each other's games well.

He's thought of highly at Preston isn't he?

Agree. What a game he had today. Never shirks a tackle. Always makes a pass. Always there to receive a pass. He has goals in him too. Confident enough to make fwd runs into space. Good vision. A real good footballer who I would urge he club to sign lemon if we could

Reading the Preston board when he came here the impression was he'd lost his way a bit and not come on as they hoped. I got the impression they weren't overly bothered.

He was excellent when he broke into the Preston side but they haven't shown much confidence in him since promotion.

He's still only playing at 75-80% for me due to his confidence. So much more to come it's scary!
