Fantastic idea with the singing blocks. I really hope we have the foresight to allocate these.

I'd let our season ticket holders have an unlimited amount of tickets. We've got 25,000 as it stands, but we can order more, probably up to 40,000. We will not sell all those tickets. Some friends of season ticket holders will go if the season ticket holder sorts it all out and they can sit together, but might not bother if they have get the ticket themselves and have to sit on their own. We'll sell more if a season ticket holder can have as many tickets as they like, which will result in more money for the club as they get a percentage of the gate.

 

Funnily enough, I've got the same problem, there's about 12 of us going but only 3 season ticket holders so the chances of us all sitting together is minimal

 

You get reasonably priced tickets all the way to the final, then can pay sixty quid to play a 4th division team.

 

I agree with you Jay, and I hope it happens. Got Reds supporters coming from Austria, Norway, the New Forest/Hampshire, Devon and would like us all to sit together. Not keen on the £2.40 fee per ticket via Ticketmaster though

Agree.......season ticket holders but Id put a max of say 15.
Btw are Oxford really going to shift 40,000? Their av. attendance just bellow 7000 and population around 180.000!

 

Wembley will be filled with students. They'll shift over 30k no danger

 

Really hope the club allocates a singing section as well.

Always a poor atmosphere when we take a big following so would be good to know that everyone there wants to make a bit of noise and get behind the team.

Doesn't currently appear that we will have a designated singing section so let's all just agree on here that if you like atmosphere let's all meet in the green seats behind the goal like Oxford ha.

As Jay says we'll sell more if its unlimited allocation.
If it were a league ground with maximum capacity for away fans fair enough but its 40,000 Max no way well sell three quarters of that lot.
Some St will only take up one or two tickets if their mates are already st holders some will take a lot more ,plenty to go round imo
