    ....may I say that its been a pleasure to see us recently grow from drowning duckling to soaring swan.

    I supose LJ gets the credit for:

    Settled goalie

    Classy left back (don't think we've solved right back just yet)

    Strong centre back partnership working as a unit

    Hourihane looking comfortable aside one other midfielder, with no need to justify his worth by virtue of goals or assists.

    Threatening winger in Hammill

    Threatening goalscorer in rubber necked Winnall

    Brownhill now too, who like a rich man's Perkins seems more consistent in stitching it all together

    Watkins Fletcher Isgrove and Scowen all add extra energy purpose and talent

    Let's not write off the league season yet - apart from Wigan we're as good as anyone.

    Finally I hope the above all continue to play for their places, rather than making sure they're not crocked when Wembley comes around.

    I agree with most of that exept the right back bree is a good young right back and we have g williams as cover he is still learning but I think he has a good future.
