    My 270 year old cottage has some naff 70s style artexed ceilings i want to get shut of. Cash job. :D

    good chance its got asbestos then mate - probably cheaper to overboard and re-plaster or skim it than pull it down (if it does have asbestos). So long as its not disturbed ya reight.

    can PM you a mate of mine that could do it.

    Cheers mate. Yep, a bond and skim job I think. I want it to look a little bit rough. There's 2 medium rooms and bathroom.
