Friend of ours is an upholsterer; done a few bits for us down the years. She's based in Haworth, though - dunno if that's a problem. I can put you in touch if you like.

He's based in our business Centre, up behind the Kia Garage off Pontefract Road.

Did a decent job on one of our office chairs recently.

If the seat bit screws off, do it yourself it's a doddle.
Buy some suitable cloth off the market and cut it to size and then use one of those electric staplers to staple it to the underside of the seat.
Trim off the excess with a Stanley knife and screw it back on. I did all 6 of my dining chairs for a fraction of the cost and upholsterer charges. Mrs was skeptical but they turned out great.

I would also recommend Steve. He will do you a good job at a reasonable price.

I'll second that. I bought a stapler for £15.00 and saved £100.00 on 4 chairs and I enjoyed doing it.
