    The seating plan is a joke. Click on a block that advertises it is split into two price bands and only one comes up. Most of the blocks down the sides are not on sale. It is slow and unresponsive

    Offered me three tickets - got to the payment page. Entered card details and it crashed. Put me back in a queue now. Grrrrrrr!!!

    Twenty minutes in a queue, selected block and the site has crashed before I can check out.

    Moan 1) Can't even select seat.
    Moan 2) Fruitless half hour with no prospect of it ending.

    I don't have the correct privileges on my online account apparently, despite phoning Oakwell on Friday to double check everything. Spoke to someone just now at Ticketmaster. He says he can see that I am a current season ticket holder but for some reason I can't buy online right now. Advised me to phone up at midday when they go on sale over the phone.

    sorted, no problem.. logged in at 0750hrs, placed in queue, into site about 0810hrs.... everything added in advance, all booked n sorted , confirmation received . by 0815hrs. You Block 240 Reds!!!

    I'd like to moan that I've only got two months to buy these chuffing tickets but I want one now, this minute to give me the best choice of 40,000 seats.

    Is it working for anyone? It's just stuck doing nowt now. Added all tickets to basket, then had to assign each ticket individually which takes an age and now just keep getting runtime errors. Have to purchase all tickets within half an hour of putting in basket. Not a chance in hell.

    Nope. I got as far as you, even put my card details in. Pressed submit and got kicked right back to the beginning because apparently i'm in a queue. Not a ******* chance of getting them within the time.

    The disgusting thing is I am paying ******* £15 extra for the privilage of this *****

    I'm at the back of the queue again. ****ing brilliant. So glad I got up at 7:30, started queueing at 7:45, only to be at the back of the queue again at 8:30, knowing for a fact this will be repeated throughout the day because the website clearly cannot cope.
