Hello could some one please help me with this problem, i am getting the same message all the time and cant find the page it mentions, You must assign a client to each seat. Please follow the instructions on the pricing page and try again. There are errors on the page None of the prices you selected could be found. Please contact the box office directly. Help would be much appreciated
I got that when i selected an area with limited availability, it obviously means they cannot accommodate the amount of tickets you need together. I did a test by adding another area to my basket and it moved on to the assign page, i then just deleted them from my basket. Don't really think the sentence about the 'assign a client' needs to be on that screen, it's well confusing. Hope this helps
Got exactly the same with no option to assign. I was trying for Block 134 which is green and has 'good availability'.
Worked now thanks - chose another block. Misleading giving an error regarding assignment at that stage.
