Have you some evidence to back this up? Does it not happen as much in London? Or Birmingham? Or Sheffield?

You could be right but please produce the evidence. Rochdale does indeed yet a lot of media coverage.

To be fair, most of these have also been recorded in Rotherham - and I'm not sure anyone has ever seen Cyril Smith and Steve Evans together...
