You can't pick your seat at all I don't think. Just the block. Sent from my I-Oven using the internets
Seriously? That's proper ****. The difference from the top to bottom of the block will be massive. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
You can definitely pick your seat when purchasing now (just done it from the laptop) but not sure if you'll have the same functionality from an iPad. My iPad this morning was throwing up problems. When I switched to the laptop, the experience was better, as I could actually get to the point where I could see available blocks.
No idea, but it seems I wasn't the only one getting worse functionality from the iPad compared to using a laptop at the same time. http://bbs.barnsleyfc.org.uk/showth...ick-seat-through-desktop-not-i-phone-or-i-pad
Had same problem with Galaxy Tab S2 also. Got better functionality with laptop at work but could only book tickets via the "best available" route as this was the only way my basket would populate and allow me to assign tickets to the season pass holders in my network. Happy enough with the seats, a bit cheaper than what I'd have gone for if I could have selected them at the time, something that seems to be available now. In all honesty, BFC are pretty blameless for the issues, and from what I understand now, even Ticketmaster are controlled to a degree by Wembley. I think the frustration is always that something that is, from the outside, so simple can become like a Krypton Factor mental agility game. Sent from my SM-T710 using Tapatalk
Surly an organisation the size of ticketmmaster test all of their channels of multiple browsers and operating systems
You'd think so Tyrone. Evidence suggests otherwise. It's possible that the way it was routed via the club website could have something to do with it and it's a relatively short period of time that they've had to get that portal in place. I'm pretty sure they have an app for Apple, Android etc but that wouldn't interrogate the club database. Did you get your tickets sorted out? Sent from my SM-T710 using Tapatalk
