Anyone having this issue online? I can't add more than one ticket at a time to my basket. If I try for 3 (which is how many I want) it comes up with a message saying I have to assign a client to each seat and that no prices could be found (I've tried this in every section and it does the same thing). I can add tickets singularly but they are on different rows etc... Any ideas? Thanks.
Are you picking sections that don't have 3 consecutive seats? Use the pick your seat option. Plenty of consecutive seats in the bottom tiers.
Just to add to my above post there isn't 3 consecutive seats on any the second tier so I think that will be your problem.
Just had the same problem - only able to process one ticket at a time by the time you go back for the second it has gone!
The workaround for me was clicking on the 'Fast Ticketing' link, and just filling out the criteria that I wanted, allowing the system to choose the three tickets. Worked out OK in the end.
