    Having worked in mail order retail I know how reliable the post al service is around tje Easter weekend.

    Id like my tickets on the shelf week prior to that otherwise the potential for it to be a humongous cluster**** starts gathering momentum.

    Don't understand the delay - 18 days and counting. For a service that people are paying alot of money for. The sales have pretty much ground to a halt for both clubs.Yes, there's loads of time, but if there are any mess ups, they aren't leaving much time to address the problems.

    I'm not in a panic, just wondered why the delay. I didn't mind paying £3 for 'admin' fee and postage etc.....but it's a bitt naff paying it and waiting a month for the tickets :)

    Another week though then I'll start to get concerned and will be asking questions!!

    I think its down to poor management of expectations by the Club (now there's a surprise).

    We were told - by the club right at the beginning - that tickets would be posted out three days after booking. Oxford fans were told by their club that their tickets will be posted out in early March.

    Guess which club is getting all the "where's my ticket?" traffic.
