Sorry if I've missed it but has there been an update on how Aidy White is, last I heard he was having a scan as his ankle was not broken?

Ligament damage, but the latest we've been told is that they don't yet know the extent of that damage. It could be anything from a week or two to a few months I suppose.

I've ruptured my ankle ligaments five times and broken it once (yes, it's an absolute mess) and I'll be honest, the ligaments damage is the worst. You never truly recover, the ligaments just get weaker and weaker and weaker. Hope he makes a speedy recovery.

    Update from Hecky...

“Aidan has had his scan and there’s a rupture of one ligament, the least important as such, but there’s a grade two tear to the more important ligament.

“We’re going to treat it conservatively at the minute through rehab, the specialist was happy that he didn’t need surgery.

“Aidy has been great looking after his body and in terms of quality and we’ll have him back as soon as possible, we’re optimistic he’ll play again this season.”
