    I was there...It was actually the other way round mate, as I remember it... Clarke scored a first half pen.. Then Peachey finished em off near the end, with an absolute beauty. Running clear, rounding the keeper to score. He'd already missed en hat full.

    clarkey was ace wasnt he, but from what ive heard he wasnt that popular because of how he went about things.
    he apparently wasnt a bloke who you would like to go out to the pub with, but he did start a club revolution here in 1978 that took us up from the depths and his like wont be seen anymore. and thats a shame.
