Which opposition player was shown two yellow cards and allowed to stay on the field against Barnsley?

I'm going to guess at either Fabio or his brother Raphael, for Man Utd in the carling cup in 2009. The wrong one was booked, assuming the other got booked also?

Sorry if I have the right answer with the first guess. But it was a complete guess.

Not sure, but I believe Mitch Ward was shown three yellow cards against Fulham away.

He was. I remember the fourth official having to run down and tell the ref. I hadn't been counting the cards so I wondered what the f was happening.
