Gets injured Ben pearson leaves so we get brownhill in who has been undroppable and made the position his own. Josh is a good laiker in this league and between him and Ben pearson I'd pick josh every day of the week but brownhill is class. Healthy comptition I suppose though.
scowen knows the score. like brownhill said, friendly competition. that's just football. brilliant problem to have.
Yes a great sub to have always gives 110% even as a sub too. The only chance we have of keeping brownhill though is if we are promoted.
His fatha' keeps piping on Twitter. Snide remarks when the teams announced. Uncalled for - Brownhill is the better player. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Probably far more unpopular than my Pearson post. Josh scowen has been awfulmthis season and his injury did us the world of good in forcing us to change formation. On performances this season he didn't deserve to get back into he starting 11 anyway regardless of brownhil signing. He was playing this season based on his performances last season. Hopefully he will get back to that form

How do you know what his LMAO tweet related to? The bench warmer one, I've pasted above, I see that as banter with his son who he then says he loves. Deary me. And again, his boooooo tweet, how do you know it was related to BFC? The bloke wants his kid to do well. I know the feeling in a roundabout fashion, via the missus. It's a personal twitter account. If he was tagging BFC_official and typing boooo, or calling Hecky a lovely person, fair do's. But all I'm seeing is a supportive parent.
Come on mate you're not that daft. Check the time of his tweets, just after 2pm when the teams announced. Check the tweet before the Fleetwood cup game, weren't happy Hammill was brought back into the team yet Josh was still on the bench. A bit ott and attention seeking imo. All of those tweets were posted as soon as the teemsheets were annohnced. I see them all as being digs at Josh's exclusion from the starting 11. That said I don't think they're the world's most disgusting tweets
They (the players and their families etc) know the team the day before. We're the ones who find out who's laiking at 2pm on a setdi. And I refer you back to the 'personal account' bit. If you find it OTT, attention seeking or whatever, why follow him or read his tweets? As I said on topic, it's up to Josh Scowen to grasp the next opportunity he gets. I'm sure his dad knows that too. But I'm not surprised that he's supporting his lad or feeling frustrated right now.
Fair do's, perhaps he is tweeting in frustration then. I really haven't noticed if I'm honest, hence having a look and sharing them now. But you're probably reight, he's frustrated that his lad int starting. Still not much of a story though in my opinion. FOOTBALLER'S FATHER IN SUPPORTIVE/FRUSTRATED TWEET SHOCKER
I don't follow him, i follow folk who tweet him. And I don't believe they know the side the day before. Sorry. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
At the end of the day, being on the teamsheet is a privilege not a right, Scowen's a cracking little player but you can't pick 12 and for now someone else is getting the nod. Josh's chance will come again and as usual he won't let anyone down.
Depends on the manager, but in general the majority of clubs work like that. I'll message you on here with the XI on Friday night if you like? Or, I'll let you know the Derby lineup tomorrow, before they laik Tuesday?
Yeah I think that's all it is. I think he should be careful to make sure he stays on the right side of acceptable or unacceptable tweets though for Josh's benefit but at the moment I don't think he's crossed the line too much if at all. I do think that parents in football collectively need to grow up though (not meaning jacob or owt) but that starts at youth and amateur level
