True though isn't it First poor home performance since December I'll take that any day of week Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Yep, bad day today. It was always going to happen. The worry now is whether that is a blip or whether it is going to dry up now. What will today do for confidence because to be honest, we weren't just beaten today, we were fecking hammered.
outfoxed by a wiley old manager who knows every trick in the book and too many players off it. but perspective is needed...we go again
I think your way way off the mark with saying we were hammered ,outfoxed, oldmanned, out fought on the day but never never hammered imo
yep that sums it up perfectly. Never woke up today too many players had off days hopefully it it will jolt us back for next game
We'll have to agree to disagree then because I think we were hammered. Yes, out thought. Yes, out muscled, second best in every department. We may only have lost by 2 goals so not a hammering in the traditional sense but no one could have had any complaints today had it been 4. Its not a whinge because after the run we have been on they are allowed an off day. But lets not pretend it was anything other than a hammering.
Agree to disagree but I just can't fathom your reasoning that all their chances should have counted to a hammering while ours go unnoticed ,ah well onwards and upwards so to speak.
Yep. Thats exactly what my text said summing up our performance. Always going to happen at some point. Too many players with 5/10 performances. Fair play to Southend. We were better in second half but they deserved it overall. Perhaps some complacency creeping in? Dust ourselves down, and we go again next week.
Gutted backed us to win 3-1 today , but also thought we would lose so i put some money on us losing 1-0 got grief of my lad and it,s my fault we lost , but that 2nd goal Wow, never mind onto next game
Just didn't go for us today. Can't wait to see why Roberts stood still for there first. Southend defended well and moved the ball well. There no10 was best player on pitch
