    Had complimentary tickets for todays game and cant now go.
    was looking forward to taking the grand kids to their first game. Unfortunately im now bed locked on ward 23 in barnsley hospital awaiting MRI scan, and further neurological tests due to double vision and heightened sensorary smell. What started of as wierd and wonderful in a strange way is now turning into ones worse nightmare
    I guess all those posts i keep reading whereby posters appear self first and bugger everyone else ought to take note, you dont know whats around the corner in life. Like i always reply life can change any minute, sometimes for the worse. Anyway enough of my ramblings the staff on both the AMU and ward 23 have and are looking after me. Cant praise them enough. Matts coffee highly recommend lol
    anyway i hope the lads do ok today and manage a win however ive had a gut feeling today will be a bitter pill to swallow and sarth end will take all 3 points.... I hope im wrong
    So give them a shout from me

    Been confirmed to day ....stroke .... More tests tomorrow got one eye going for cigs and the other fetching them back lol keep smiling campers .... I am.... Its also effected my speach.... Consultants say there are certain words i struggle to say such has.... What are you drinking my round next il get these.... Mind you if i can get a dark pair of glasses i could start up a peters and lee tribute act ..... Yes i know i cant sing .... But it never stopped them lol.....
